Directors and Management Team
Mr. Zhong is an executive Director and an authorised representative of the Company. Mr. Zhong has over 10 years of experience working in business consulting services and investment advisory. He was a general manager of Investor Relations Department of HF Financial Group (China) Limited（匯富金融集團（中國）有限公司） from September 2013 to October 2018. He was an executive director of Yingdali Management Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd*（英達利管理諮詢（深圳）有限公司） and Yingdali Culture Communication (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd*（英達利文化傳播（深圳）有限公司） from November 2018 to December 2022. Mr. Zhong holds a diploma of Business and Enterprise Management (“工商企業管理”） from The Open University of China (“國家開放大學”).
Mr. Cao Hongmin is an independent non-executive Director. Mr. Cao holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Economics from Lanzhou University (蘭州大學) and a Doctor of Management from China Agricultural University. Mr. Cao has also undertaken post-doctoral research in history from Peking University. Mr. Cao holds positions including chairman of the board of director of Wuhuo (Shenzhen) Smart City Security Sci-tech Co. Ltd. * (五火(深圳)智慧城市安全科技有限公司), department head and professor of China Agricultural Development Research Institute* of the Beijing Tangyongtong College* (北京湯用彤書 院中國農村發展研究院) and department head and professor of Shenzhen Yukun Smart Agricultural Sci-tech Research Institute* (深圳裕坤智慧農業科技研究院).
Mr. Li Kar Fai Peter is an independent non-executive Director. Mr. Li obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy from the City Polytechnic of Hong Kong in November 1992, and has become an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since September 1997. Mr. Li has been a non-executive director of Golden Faith Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 2863) (“Golden Faith”), a company of which its shares are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”).
Mr. Lai Xiaoliang is chief executive officer of the Group. Mr. Lai obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a professional certificate in international finance from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in 1998. He was the head of overseas agricultural technology cooperation project of China Guangdong International Cooperation Group* (中國廣東國際 合作集團). Mr. Lai was also the general manager of a foreign headhunting company in the South China region and a senior consultant of a real estate strategy consulting agency. Mr. Lai is currently a director of New World Holdings (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd* (新天地控股(深圳)有限公司) and chairman of Hubei Bio-great Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd* (湖北凱瑞百穀農業科技股份有限公司).
